Welcome to Privoria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Privoria website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
1. About Privoria
Privoria provides a personal data removal and monitoring service that assists individuals in requesting the removal of personal information from data broker and people-search websites.
The service includes:
- identifying potential exposure of personal information
- submitting removal requests to data broker websites
- monitoring listings for reappearance of personal data
Privoria performs these services using human-driven processes and privacy specialists.
Privoria does not own or control data broker websites and cannot guarantee the actions of third-party sites.
2. Eligibility
To use the Privoria service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- provide accurate information when requested
- have the legal authority to request removal of the information submitted
By using Privoria, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Free Exposure Scan
Privoria may offer a free exposure scan that checks for potential appearances of an email address across monitored data broker websites.
The scan is intended for informational purposes only and does not guarantee detection of all personal data exposures.
Scan results may be delivered via email.
4. Subscription Service
Privoria operates as a monthly subscription service.
The subscription includes:
- personal data removal requests
- ongoing monitoring of data broker listings
- repeated removal requests when listings reappear
Because data broker websites continuously collect and republish personal information, data removal requires ongoing monitoring and repeat actions.
5. Pricing and Billing
Privoria offers a subscription plan priced at $67 per month.
By subscribing, you authorize Privoria to charge the subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Prices may change in the future, but existing subscribers will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.
6. Free Trial
New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you will be charged $67 per month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation:
- your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- no further charges will be applied
Cancellation does not automatically remove previously submitted removal requests already in process.
8. No Guarantee of Complete Removal
While Privoria works to remove personal data from many data broker websites, complete removal of all personal information from the internet cannot be guaranteed.
Reasons include:
- third-party websites outside our monitoring network
- reappearance of data on new broker platforms
- public records that cannot legally be removed
- websites that refuse or delay removal requests
Privoria will continue monitoring and submitting removal requests during the active subscription period.
9. Customer Responsibilities
To provide services effectively, customers agree to:
- provide accurate information
- respond to verification requests when necessary
- cooperate with removal verification processes
Some data broker websites may require identity confirmation before processing removal requests.
10. Communication
Privoria communicates with customers primarily through email.
Service updates, exposure reports, and important account notifications will be delivered via email.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address.
11. Privacy
Privoria is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information submitted to Privoria is used solely for the purpose of providing data removal and monitoring services.
Privoria does not sell customer data to third parties.

12. Third-Party Websites
Privoria interacts with third-party data broker websites on behalf of customers.
Privoria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies or actions of these third-party sites.
Processing times and responses may vary depending on the website involved.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privoria shall not be liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages
- loss of data or business
- delays caused by third-party websites
- reappearance of personal information online
Privoria's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in the previous billing period.
14. Changes to the Service
Privoria may modify or update the service to improve functionality or respond to changes in data broker practices.
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
15. Termination
Privoria reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
- the service is used for fraudulent activity
- false information is submitted
- the service is used in violation of applicable laws
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
