Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to the services provided by Privoria. Privoria provides digital, subscription-based privacy services, not physical products, so traditional product returns do not apply.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first paid charge, for any reason. To request it, email support@privoriaapp.com within that 30-day window and we will refund that charge in full. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and once per customer. It applies even if removal work has already been done on your behalf.

2. Free Trial

During your 7-day free trial you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund. If you decide Privoria is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed at all.

3. Ongoing Subscription

After the 30-day guarantee period, your subscription continues monthly. Because removals are performed manually by specialists and monitoring is ongoing, charges made after the guarantee period are generally non-refundable, except in the situations below.

4. Always-Refundable Situations

Regardless of timing, we will review and correct refunds for:

  • duplicate charges
  • accidental billing errors
  • technical issues that prevented service delivery

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges are made after that. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us before starting a payment dispute so we can review and resolve it quickly.
