Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
Privoria ("we," "us," or "our") provides a personal data removal and monitoring service. Protecting your privacy is the core of what we do. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
- Information you provide for removals: your name, current and previous addresses, phone number, email address, date of birth, and any alternate name spellings you choose to share.
- Free exposure scan: the email address or phone number you enter to run a scan.
- Free privacy tools: an email address if you choose to receive results from one of our free tools.
- Technical information: basic details such as your browser type and device, used to operate and secure the site.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- identify where your personal data appears on data broker and people-search sites
- submit removal and opt-out requests on your behalf
- monitor for reappearance and submit repeat requests
- send you progress reports and service updates
- respond to your questions and provide support
We use your information only to provide and improve the service. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
To remove you from a data broker or people-search site, we must submit identifying information to that site's opt-out process. This is a necessary part of the service and is done only to request removal on your behalf.
We also rely on trusted service providers to operate, such as our payment processor and our email and data-storage providers. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle requests already in progress and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your authorization at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, which we do not do. To exercise any of these, contact support@privoriaapp.com.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. Children
Privoria is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Third-Party Sites
Our service interacts with third-party data broker and people-search websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
